Our ‘EMERGING ARTISTS’ initiative was established in 2023 by Morgan Evans. This showcase of outstandingly talented emerging photographers is essential to address the persistent lack of balanced representation and diversity in commercial photography.

This groundbreaking two-year programme offers bespoke portfolio development, talks, and workshops, providing community, industry insights, on set experience, client critiques and networks. The initiative remains committed to discovering, showcasing, and empowering talented minority and female voices within our industry. We are not these photographers agents, we do not charge for this service, we are motivated solely with propelling these talented individuals commercial practise and helping diversifying the pool of competition across our sector.

The initial cohort, 23-25, our trial years were wildly successful, with commissions both local and international, publishing deals, Cannes lions and Forbes accreditation. We are grateful to all the clients and colleagues who supported this endeavour, gave time, paid fairly, critiqued portfolios and offered insight. Long may it continue.
